Winter Season Update
Now that winter has arrived, we’re still busy with outdoor hires — but our indoor halls and venue bookings are picking up beautifully again too! Indoor venue hire is popular all year round, though it’s especially in demand during winter for children’s parties.
Most of our delivery slots run between 12 noon and 2 pm, which means we can only attend a limited number of venues at any one time. When making your booking, please keep delivery times in mind and always allow us a minimum 1-hour time slot.
Setting up your inflatable doesn’t take a full hour, but this window gives us plenty of time to arrive safely and have everything ready before your party starts. It lets us account for any delays from earlier deliveries, traffic, or parking when we get to you. Once we arrive, we unload the equipment and carry it into the hall — making several trips from the van.
We then carefully check the space to ensure it’s as safe as possible and free from hazards. Next, we fully assemble and prepare your inflatable. Before we leave, we’ll confirm everything is ready to use, explain how it works, and collect any outstanding payment.
From there, you’re all set to supervise the children and enjoy the equipment until our agreed collection time — as shown on your booking form. We’ll then pack everything away and leave the venue exactly as we found it.
