Here at Shropshire Inflatable Hire we operate all year around. We hire our bouncy castles, bouncy castles with slides, disco domes, assault course and much more all year around.
You can view our range online and check availability via our website with our online booking system. You can only book what is available on the date you require.
Once you book online with us you will receive an email confirmation with your booking form attached for you to check and confirm.
On the day of your delivery our staff will prepare your order and will be loaded on the van either the night before or early that morning, where your delivery will be routed.
The driver will then text/call you with an update when they are on the way to deliver and set up your equipment. This is to keep you informed.
Winter season
Now our winter season has arrived we are still busy with outdoor hired however we are getting really busy again with our indoor halls and venues. Halls and indoor venue hire are always a favourite through out the year but of course more popular in the winter season for children parties.
We have most of our bookings delivery times from 12noon to 2pm which then limits the amount of halls we can get to at any one time. Please consider when booking at venue, to think about delivery times and always allowing a minimum of 1 hour window slots for us.
It does not take 1 hour to set up your inflatable, but we need the 1 hour to allow safe arriving and set up before your party starts.
We have to allow for any hold ups from the previous delivery, the traffic and parking on arrival. Then once we arrive we have to unload and take the equipment into the venue, meaning doing trips from the van to the hall.
Then we have assess the area to make sure everything is safe as possible with no hazards.
The equipment is then all prepared and set up for you. Before we leave we will make sure it's fit for use and explain the usage and then collect any remaining payment.
You are then left to man and look after the children and the equipment until we return at the agreed time on your booking form. We will then pack away the equipment. Leaving it as it was before we set up.
